Lumber Mill 1 Day Musical Cuckoo Clock #3
Made in July of 1969 (Moon landing) with mostly original parts. We did install a new waterwheel Clutch and a set of New Bellow Tops. The thoroughly cleaned housing was also re-enforced with wood glue internally to keep it strong for another 54 years. All metal parts including the movement and music box was sonically cleaned then oiled. We also replaced the Waterwheel Clutch-Shaft with a new one. In case you didn’t notice we installed the missing arm of the wood sawyer (outside one). The music box plays an unknown melody at the top of every hour right after the coo-coo call (see video clip). The clock overall measurements is about 12 inches high by 10 inches across and 5 inches deep.
