The mechanisms work, the bird is present and cuckoos. Currently, the clock is missing it’s pinecones and pendulum. It is also missing the back plate for the box. I used a set of Pinecones and pendulum from another clock I have to test it. Will need some tuning up to get the timing just right with whatever pendulum you put with it. The decorations on the front could use some minor refurbishing. The dancing couple comes out and spins around and the bird will make an appearance every hour.
