Vintage Black Forest 8-Day Cuckoo Clock
1960s; Rombach & Haas; Schonach im Schwarzwald, Germany Chalet-style hunting motif cuckoo clock. The clock body, hands, numbers, and dimensional animal embellishments are all hand-carved from Linden wood in the same style and location by the same 4th generation family that these clocks have been made since 1894. This clock features carvings that include hunting trophies, game, a hunting horn, ammunition pouch, and guns, all surrounded by oak leaves. However, we are not responsible for any damages, loss, or deductibles. In these cases, we will insure them to the full extent available, but will not be responsible for additional damages above the available insured amount. OTHER? Our items may contain rust, dust, grease, or grit. All of our pieces are reclaimed from industrial environments where they may have been exposed to years of use and weathering.
